Terrible hotel. There was a terrible smell in the hall. The room was not cleaned before check-in: there was hair in the shower, hair on the bed, the floors were dirty. The plaster is crumbling. The walls are all shabby and dirty. There was a broken dryer in the room. It’s good that we only booked for 1 night, just to spend the night and move on.

We arrived at the hotel. There is no place to park the car. The kitchen in the restaurant does not work, there is nothing in the bar except coffee and tea. They offer to have a snack at some kind of post office or somewhere nearby there is some kind of kebab stall. I go up to the room and what I see is that everything seems to be clean only in the center and in the corners there is dirt. There is someone's hair in the shower. In general, I spent only 30 minutes in this hotel and left for another hotel. Karelia does not deserve 3 stars, maximum 2 by a stretch. I do not recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 6 days, in principle, a completely normal hotel for a modest stay, located a little far from the center but a calm, quiet area, everything was fine upon check-in and check-out, but during the extension, when we wanted to stay for a couple more days, the administrator had no free space remained, although there were places on the website (I had to renew through the website but at a more expensive price). The rooms correspond to the price, there are problems with cleaning (only the bed is made🤷). The restaurant is good, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I do not recommend the hotel, 3 stars are declared, maximum one. The service is disgusting. The price and quality do not match.

We arrived and settled in quickly! We went into the room and immediately had a problem, we chose a room with a double bed and there were two single beds in the room! Then there is dust on the shelves near the bed! Immediately in the evening after the shower I had to wipe the floors; they were flooded with water because the tray in the shower was cracked! Then a cockroach crawled out to show us that he was the boss here! Well, in general, a so-so place! Yes, I forgot to pay for parking, we drove up to the barrier and they didn’t want to let us in, there was already a line behind us and everyone was nervous, honking until I called the reception and then they just opened it!

Check-in went well, the staff was polite and pleasant. But then the fun began. We go into the room and cockroaches run to greet us. The location of the hotel is good, there are many shops nearby, the view is ordinary. The second incident occurred at breakfast. They couldn’t find us on the lists and didn’t let us in, but after 20 minutes of discussion everything was decided. Of course, the mood was ruined (the breakfast was varied, delicious, the cooks were great.) Room cleaning takes place at 6-7 pm, which is very inconvenient. They decided not to give us equal towels or hygiene items. When I asked for shampoo, they said they had run out, how could that be possible. Overall 2-3 stars!
